Running in the Burbs conducts a number of training sessions in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne
Saturday 8am "Long" Run Sessions @ Jells Park
(gravel carpark near Madeline's Cafe, enter Jells Park from Jells/Waverley Roads corner, Melway 71 A6, map)
Meet us every Saturday (rain, hail or shine!) for a long run along the refreshing and sometimes challenging terrain of the Dandenong Creek Parklands. These sessions are designed to improve your endurance and enable you to cover your chosen race distance with confidence.  Groups will be guided by experienced run leaders and cover a range of distances and speed, depending on ability. There will also be the opportunity to stay for a bite to eat or a drink and socialize after each session!

Note: We often have an excursion the first Saturday of the month.  Please, check our Facebook feed and watch for emails on details.

Monday 6:20pm for 6:30pm start
Summer: @ Bunnings Carpark, Vermont South
Meet at Bunnings Carpark (Burwood Hwy, Vermont South, Melway 62 K9) and get ready to explore every trail, every hill and every single track in the local area.
Winter: @ Aqualink, Forest Hill
Meet at Aqualink Nunawading/ Nunawading Pool (Fraser Place, Forest Hill, Melway 62 E3). These sessions are a great way to start your week and build up strength and stamina in a safe, friendly environment during winter.

Wednesday 6.20pm for 6.30pm start 
Summer@ Central Reserve, Glen Waverley
(Little Athletics Track, Central Reserve, Springvale Road map)
Winter: @ Waverley Park Stadium Circuit, (Back of grandstand, outside the IGA), Wheelers Hill
A quality run session designed to make you faster and finish strong on race day. These training sessions will include intervals, speed play or hills and will be tailored to suit runners of all abilities by our expert coaches.  

Wednesday 6:50pm for 7:00pm start @ Bill Steward Athletics Track
A quality track session with the Nunawading Triathlon Club that is suitable for runners of all abilities (pay nominal additional fee direct to the Coach). These structured sessions will include intervals with timed recoveries - guaranteed to increase your speed and stamina.  Meet at Bill Steward Athletics Track (at the back end of East Burwood Reserve, Melway 62 C7, map).
