'TaylorMade’ Core Stability & Strength Training Program for RITB

Running in The Burbs understands the importance of core stability and strength training - especially for runners! You must get ‘strong to run, not run to get strong’ to help avoid injury for long term running (i.e. 3-4 months of marathon training). Emma Taylor of TaylorMade Fitness Australia has written a Core Stability& Strength Training Program for RITB that is an integral part of our training programs. This program provides a framework of running-specific strength exercises and expert instructions that will get us in peak shape for October.
