Our next goal races will be the 2014 Gold Coast Marathon and 2014 Run Melbourne HM/10km on July 6th or July 27th, respectively. We have entered RITB mixed teams you can download a copy of our RITB Gold Coast Marathon Training Program, RITB Run Melbourne Half Marathon Training Program or RITB Run Mebourne 10km Training Program designed to get you in shape and ready for your goal race.
