Join us at Two Bays 2015

Whether you are new to running or have just completed a marathon, Running in the Burbs has got a training program to help you stay motivated with lots of fun and variety before and during the summer holiday period.  And if you want to challenge yourself and get fit for the Two Bays 28K Trail Run, we can definitely help! We have entered a RITB girls or boys teams to join and will offer a specific 2015 RITB TwoBays 28K Training Program designed to get you in shape and ready to tackle this exciting challenge.  We also put together a 2015 10K Trail Run Training Program for those of you who wish to to maintain their fitness and maybe try a short distance trail run this summer - such as the 2015 Portsea Twilight Run or the 2015 Lorne Moutain to Surf Run…. ;)
