Get ready for the 2012 Melbourne Marathon!

RITB is offering a 12-week Melbourne Marathon Training Program commencing Monday 23rd July.  Please, download a copy of our Running in the Burbs Melbourne Marathon Training Program Announcement for more details. Our 2012 RITB Half Marathon Training Program or 2012 RITB Full-Marathon Training Program will guide your training with varied distances and paces.

Runners training for the full marathon, please note that from Saturday, 4 August long runs will start one hour earlier than the rest of the group - at 7:15am! In addition to Saturday long runs, we will also facilitate optional trail running 'excursions' on most Sundays. These sessions are intended for runners who have other commitments on Saturday, wish to supplement their training with a bit of trail running or simply feel like a change in scenery. Please make sure to regularly visit the News section of our website for  excursion details or check our Facebook Group closer to the date.
