2014 RITB Two Bays 28K Training Series

Our next goal race will be the Two Bays Trail Run on January 12th, 2014.  We have entered a RITB girls or boys teams to join and put together a  2014 RITB Two Bays 28K Training Program designed to get you in shape and ready to tackle this exciting challenge.  We also offer a 2014 10K Trail Run Training Program for those of you who simply wish to to maintain their fitness, or maybe try a short distance trail run this summer such as the 7.75K Portsea Twilight Run or the 8K Lorne Moutain to Surf Run…. ;)
